Program Description
The Yukon research and development tax credit is available to individuals and corporations who have permanent establishment in the Yukon at any time in the year and incurred qualified expenditures in the year for scientific research and experimental development carried on in the Yukon.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure you qualify for the Yukon Research and Development Tax Credit
2. Gather documentation of eligible expenditures related to scientific research and experimental development conducted in Yukon
3. Download and complete the appropriate form: Form T1232 for individuals or Schedule 442 for corporations

5. Submit your income tax return, including the attached form, to the Canada Revenue Agency by the filing deadline
