Financial support for marketing and distribution of feature films
Program Description
The Marketing Program supports the marketing, promotion and distribution of Canadian feature films. Get a repayable advance of up to $75,000 to cover up to 75% of the costs of marketing or distributing a feature-length Canadian film on multi-viewing platforms that include TV, VOD and other forms of digital distribution.
Steps to Apply
1. Review the Marketing Program guidelines to ensure your project and company meet the eligibility requirements
2. Prepare all required application documents, including the Application Form for Qualification as an Eligible Distribution Company, Authorization/Revocation of Representative, and financial documents using the provided templates
3. Create an account or log in to Telefilm Canada's online platform, Dialogue
4. Complete the online application form on Dialogue and upload all required documents before the submission deadline
5. Review your application carefully to ensure all information is accurate and complete before submitting
