This tax measure aims to facilitate the recruitment of foreign experts who promote the results of scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED) within the framework of innovation projects within private companies in Quebec. The tax holiday for foreign experts allows to facilitate the recruitment of foreign experts to carry out scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED) and to make the net income of foreign experts more competitive and attractive.
