Up to 37.5% of eligible labour expenditures
Funding Limits
An annual $100,000 limit applies to eligible labour expenditure paid to an eligible employee of the corporation or of a subcontractor with whom the corporation does not deal at arm's length. The maximum credit for such employees will be $37,500, $30,000 or $26,250, as the case may be. However, 20% of the number of such eligible employees will not be subject to the assistance ceiling.
