Program Description
SMEDCO offers a financing package that combines traditional financing with non-repayable contributions to offer refundable and non-refundable loans that can be used for startup, acquisition, or expansion projects. Get financing for up to 90% of your project costs.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure Métis ownership and Saskatchewan residency
2. Prepare required documents, including proof of Métis ancestry and a business plan
3. Ensure availability of at least 10% cash equity for the project
4. Download and complete the application form from the SMEDCO website
5. Submit the completed application along with all required documents to SMEDCO
