1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure your business qualifies for the BSP program 2. Contact PrairiesCan to discuss your project and obtain guidance on the application process 3. Prepare an Expression of Interest (EOI) by completing the online form detailing your project purpose, rationale, eligibility, activities, and budget 4. Gather required documents to submit with your EOI, including financial statements for the past 2 years, interim financial statements for at least the last 6-month period, a business plan or pitch deck detailing your organization and the proposed project, and confirmation of other funding sources such as current bank statements showing existing cash balances or unused lines of credit, official letters of confirmed or conditional funding, funding agreements, or signed term sheets 5. Review the BSP EOI help guide to ensure your submission is complete and accurate 6. Submit the EOI form online along with the prepared documentation 7. If invited, complete and submit the full application through the online portal, providing detailed information about your project, including a business plan, forecasted income statements and cash flow for the duration of the project and 2 years past the project completion date, detailed breakdown of project costs, and disclosure of pre-existing disbursements to third parties or senior executives
