What is this funding for?
Funding to help farms become certified organic
Program Description
The Organic Certification Rebate Program helps farms become certified organic and supports farms who have already made the changes needed to be a certified organic farm in the province.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria
2. Register your farm under the Farm Registration Act
3. Obtain organic certification or be in the process of transitioning
4. Complete the Program Funding Registration (PFR) form if new to programs since 2023, or update existing PFR form
5. Prepare all required supporting documents
6. Complete the application form
7. Submit the completed application with all supporting documents before the application deadline
