2. Develop a plan outlining your skills, career interests, and the services needed to achieve your goals with the assistance of your employment service provider
3. Identify suitable Ontario Job Creation Partnerships opportunities available in your community with the help of your employment service provider
4. If opportunities are available, complete the application form supplied by your employment service provider
