Funding Limits
No limit on amount of eligible Ontario labour expenditures and there is no per-project or annual corporate limits on the amount of the OIDMTC which may be claimed. Eligible marketing and distribution expenses are capped at $100,000 per non-specified product.

Program Description
The Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (OIDMTC) is a refundable tax credit based on eligible Ontario labour expenditures and eligible marketing and distribution expenses claimed by a qualifying corporation with respect to interactive digital media products.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria for the Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (OIDMTC)
2. Compile detailed records of eligible expenditures, including Ontario labour costs and, if applicable, marketing and distribution costs
3. Create an account on the Ontario Creates Online Application Portal (OAP)
4. Complete the OIDMTC application form, ensuring all required information and supporting documentation are included
5. Submit the completed application through the OAP within 18 months of the end of the taxation year in which the product's development was completed
