Funding for the Ontario cultural media industry
Program Description
Ontario Creates Industry Development Program provides support to Ontario’s established trade and event organizations to offer initiatives, events and activities with long-term impacts on growth and sustainability in the book, magazine, film, television, and interactive digital media sectors.
The program will provide funding to eligible organizations that are delivering strategic projects with long-term impacts towards expanding skills, business capacity, market share, sales, and innovation.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria and program guidelines
2. Register your company and create an account on the Ontario Creates Online Application Portal (OAP)
3. Prepare required documentation, including financial statements and project details
4. Attend an information session (optional)
5. Start a new application in the OAP
6. Complete the application form and upload all necessary documents
7. Review the application for accuracy and completeness
8. Submit the completed application before the deadline
