Program Description
The Ontario Arts Council (OAC) provides grants to Ontario-based individual artists and arts professionals, ad hoc groups, collectives and organizations. Grants support a range of arts activities and disciplines.
It offers one-time grants for specific projects for professional artists, groups, collectives, and organizations and operating grant programs to support Ontario-based, not-for-profit organizations and for-profit book and magazine publishers that meet the assessment criteria for ongoing support.
Steps to Apply
1. Review program guidelines and eligibility criteria
2. Create or update your profile in Nova, the OAC's online grant application system
3. Prepare application materials, including project description, budget, and supporting documents
4. Complete the online application form in Nova
5. Review all information for accuracy and completeness
6. Submit the completed application through Nova before the deadline
