Wage subsidy to hire Indigenous graduates
Program Description
JEDI partners with host organizations to provide job placements to recent Indigenous post-secondary graduates. Eligible host organizations can get funding to cover the wages of a recent Indigenous post-secondary graduate for a maximum of two years.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure you meet the program's requirements
2. Prepare an up-to-date resume detailing your skills and work experience
3. Write a cover letter explaining your interest in the program and how it aligns with your career goals
4. If you have identified potential employers, include a list of them in your application
5. Submit your resume, cover letter, and list of potential employers to JEDI’s Provincial Indigenous Employment Coordinator via email
