Inclusion Program

Funding for childcare services in Saskatchewan

Inclusion funding is available to child care centres and licensed child care homes that are providing child care services for a child with diverse needs.

1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure the child and facility qualify for the Inclusion Program 2. Schedule an application meeting involving the parent/guardian(s), referring professional(s), child care facility representative, and Child Care Program Consultant 3. During the meeting, assess the child's needs, develop specific supports, identify team member roles, and determine the level of funding required 4. Complete the application form, including necessary documentation such as assessments and letters of support 5. Submit the completed application and supporting documents to the Child Care Program Consultant for review
