Program Description

The Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership, Honey Bee Health Initiative helps to support beekeepers in maintaining healthy honey bee colonies as well as grow their number of colonies to increase the sustainability of the beekeeping industry in Ontario.

Steps to Apply

1. Review the Honey Bee Health Initiative Program Guide to understand eligibility criteria and required documentation 2. Ensure you have a valid certificate of registration issued under the Bees Act for the current beekeeping season 3. Gather necessary documents, including a valid certificate of registration under the Bees Act, proof of completing a pest management course or relevant diploma/degree, and quotes or proposals for proposed activities 4. Complete the Application Form on the OSCIA Portal 5. Submit the completed application along with all required documents through the OSCIA Portal 6. Fill out the Application Form on the OSCIA Portal, attaching all required documents 7. Submit the completed application through the OSCIA Portal
