The GGP focuses on providing funding to initiatives that will support government priorities, such supporting the growth of Ontario s agri-food sector, ensuring sustainability of agriculture and fostering vibrant rural economies.
Steps to Apply
1. Review the Grassroots Growth Initiative guidelines and eligibility criteria
2. Contact ag.info.omafra@ontario.ca to request application instructions
3. Prepare detailed project information, including design, rationale, anticipated benefits, organizational capacity, work plan with timelines, and a detailed budget
4. Complete the application form following the provided instructions
5. Submit the completed application and all required documentation via the specified channel
6. Receive automatic email confirmation of receipt from Transfer Payment Ontario; contact support if confirmation is not received
