The main objective of the Program is to ensure the implementation or improvement of an Energy Management System (EMS) through the acquisition or transfer of knowledge and expertise. It aims to ensure the Participant s full autonomy in maintaining and operationalizing the EMS, while integrating it into the organization s culture. The success of this approach relies on collaboration between the Participant s senior management and staff, a key factor in ensuring its effectiveness and sustainability. The program offers the participant: 1. Financial support covering up to 95% of eligible costs for each of the following activities: conducting a diagnostic analysis; implementing an Energy Management System (EMS) and, where applicable, an Integrated Energy Management System (IEMS); measurement and verification activities; hiring an energy consultant; 2. a bonus for obtaining ISO 50001 Certification; 3. a performance incentive for any eligible energy efficiency measure implemented as part of an EMS.
