Program Description
The Eastern Ontario Development Fund provides support for projects and investments to existing businesses, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations for economic development in eastern Ontario. The objective of the program is to provide financial support and services to help growing companies in eastern Ontario make investments to grow their businesses, improve productivity, invest in innovation and skills development, pursue new markets, generate broad positive regional economic impact, and create new good, sustainable jobs.
Steps to Apply
1. Complete the online self-assessment tool
2. Contact a regional advisor for assistance with your application
3. Register for Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON)
4. Download and complete the application form, including the eligibility checklist
5. Gather required supporting documents, such as financial statements and articles of incorporation
6. Upload the completed application form and supporting documents to TPON
7. Ensure the application is authorized by an individual with authority to bind the company
8. Submit the application before the deadline
