Support for SMEs to modernize in Ontario
Program Description
The Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (DMAP) program supports Ontario SMEs to better understand their organization s technology needs, guide their digital transformation decision-making, and optimize their technology investments. Through this program, SMEs work with a Digital Adoption Consultant to generate a Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan tailored specifically to their organization s digital needs.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria
2. Contact an OCI Business Development Manager (BDM) or Digital Adoption Advisor (DAA) to initiate the application in AccessOCI
3. Receive login information for AccessOCI
4. Complete the online application form in AccessOCI
5. Upload required supporting documents, including resumes/CVs, a letter of support from an external Digital Adoption Consultant (DAC), and any additional relevant documents
6. Request endorsement of your application from your BDM/DAA
7. Submit the application after obtaining the necessary endorsement
