Program Description

CFDC offers repayable financing of $150,000 or more on commercial terms through loans, loan guarantees or equity investments is available when financing from other sources is insufficient. Use the loan for start-up inventory, equipment, working capital, maintenance payroll, repairs, expansion, new products or location, and equipment. All CFDC financing decisions are made at the community level by the local boards of directors.

1. Identify the nearest Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC) office 2. Contact the CFDC to discuss your financing needs and obtain application details 3. Prepare a comprehensive business plan and gather necessary financial documents 4. Complete the application form provided by the CFDC 5. Submit the completed application along with all required documents to the CFDC
