Program Description
The Enhance Your Community Program supports priorities of northern communities and organizations that contribute to a healthy and strong community. Funding is provided as a conditional contribution of up to 50% of eligible costs or $2,000,000, whichever is less.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria to ensure your organization and project qualify
2. Create a My Ontario Account if you don't have one
3. Access the NOHFC portal using your My Ontario Account credentials
4. Prepare necessary documents, including project plan, budget, and timelines
5. Complete the online application form thoroughly
6. Upload all required documents
7. Review the application for accuracy and completeness
8. Submit the application through the NOHFC portal
