What is this funding for?
Funding for Indigenous-led clean production projects
Program Description
We recognize the unique opportunity clean fuels present for Indigenous businesses and communities and encourage Indigenous participation on all projects. We have designed a distinct process with measures to increase funding of Indigenous-led clean production capacity projects in Canada.
Steps to Apply
1. Review the Applicant’s Guide to determine eligibility
2. Prepare required documents, including proof of Indigenous ownership, business plan, financial statements, project proposal, and feasibility or engineering studies if applicable
3. Complete the application forms accurately and completely
4. Submit the completed project proposal by email or mail to the specified address
