Program Description
BDC has partnered with dozens of growth-oriented Canadian enterprises and today manage several capital pools totaling approximately $900 million. It is currently investing from Growth Equity Partners Fund III, a $300 million capital pool launched in 2024. BDC has a flexible investment platform that allows it to be the sole investor, lead investor, or co-investor in an equity transaction allowing us to acquire ownership stakes up to 49% for growth capital or an ownership transition.
