Program Description

The Atlantic Immigration Program is a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who want to work and live in 1 of Canada’s 4 Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador. The program helps employers hire qualified candidates for jobs they haven’t been able to fill locally.

Steps to Apply

1. Receive a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic Canada 2. Obtain a settlement plan from a recognized service provider 3. Provide the settlement plan to your employer for endorsement application 4. Receive a provincial endorsement certificate 5. Gather required documents, including language test results and educational credentials 6. Complete the permanent residence application forms 7. Pay the application fees online 8. Submit the completed application with all supporting documents
