Funding for clean technologies in PEI
Program Description
The Prince Edward Island (PEI) Agriculture Energy Systems Pilot Program supports the adoption of clean technologies and implementation of on-farm projects that improve energy efficiency, generate renewable energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and increase farm resilience to energy costs. This program is a collaboration between the PEI Department of Agriculture and efficiencyPEI.
Steps to Apply
1. Review eligibility criteria in the program guidelines
2. Gather required supporting documents, including written quotes, equipment specifications, and previous energy assessments
3. Complete and sign the application form
4. Submit the application and supporting documents via email to agenergy@gov.pe.ca or by regular mail to the PEI Department of Agriculture at 11 Kent Street, PO Box 2000, Charlottetown PE C1A 7N8, before the intake deadline of February 9, 2026, 8:00 a.m.
