Program Description
Through the ICF, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) works with communities to find opportunities for growth. This fund enables communities to develop thriving industry sectors, strengthen infrastructure in rural areas, and invest in projects to help communities overcome economic issues and take advantage of new opportunities.
Steps to Apply
1. Contact your nearest ACOA office to discuss your project
2. Obtain the Application for Financial Assistance form
3. Gather required supporting documents, including constituting/incorporating documents, financial statements, project description, supplier quotes, and relevant permits/licenses
4. Complete the Application for Financial Assistance form
5. Submit the completed application along with all supporting documents to the ACOA office
