Program Description
We invest in entrepreneurs leading tech startups that are private, incorporated, and have a head office and more than 50% of employees located in Alberta.
Steps to Apply
1. Confirm eligibility by ensuring your company is an incorporated, private technology firm headquartered in Alberta with more than 50% of employees in Alberta, and has a proprietary technology developed and in market with customer traction and some revenue or strong preclinical trial data
2. Prepare a detailed pitch deck outlining your technology, growth potential, team expertise, target market, and competition analysis
3. Secure matching investment commitments from angel or private co-investors to match or exceed the requested amount
4. Submit your pitch through the Accelerate Fund's "Share your pitch" portal
